  • Payment and billing information submitted through our payment processor when completing a purchase, deposit, or Hold
Cookies and Usage Data

We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information that may be of interest to you, including new Listings that match your stated preferences. You may opt out of receiving these communications by following the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.

Usage Data

We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This may include your IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

Location Data

We may use and store information about your location if you give us permission to do so ("Location Data"), such as to help identify Listings near you. You can enable or disable location services through your device settings.

SMS and Text Messaging Data

If you submit an Inquiry, place a Hold, or otherwise provide a mobile phone number through the Service, you consent to receive text messages from us related to that Inquiry, Hold, or transaction, including follow up messages about a Trailer's availability. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying "STOP" or by contacting us directly, though we may still need to contact you by other means regarding an active Hold or transaction.

Tracking Cookies Data

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and hold certain information. Examples of cookies we use:

  • Session cookies, to operate our Service.
  • Preference cookies, to remember your preferences and settings, such as saved searches or favorited Listings.
  • Security cookies, for security purposes.
Use of Data

HD Trailers uses collected data for purposes such as:

  • To provide and maintain our Service
  • To notify you about changes to our Service, a Listing, or a Hold
  • To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so
  • To provide customer support, including responding to Inquiries
  • To process Holds, deposits, and purchases
  • To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service
  • To monitor the usage of our Service
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraud
  • To send you relevant offers and information about Trailers that may interest you, unless you have opted out
  • To comply with legal obligations related to vehicle and trailer sales, title transfers, and recordkeeping

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for collecting and using the Personal Data described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it. We may process your Personal Data because:

Retention of Data

We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain records related to a Trailer sale or title transfer), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

We use HubSpot Payments to process payments made through the Service, including deposits associated with a Hold. Your payment card information is submitted directly to HubSpot Payments and is handled in accordance with their applicable privacy policy and security standards. We do not store your full payment card details on our own servers.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.
